Our part-time, execution team includes the following positions:
Event Chef
Chefs are culinary professionals trained in all aspects of food preparation. Their main responsibilities include, overseeing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that the food meets high-quality standards.
Event Lead
Supervises all aspects of the Event. They are responsible for, training, disciplining and evaluating the Event employees. Aside from orchestrating activities among different departments, Event Lead makes sure the client has a satisfying and memorable dining experience.
Assistant Chef
Responsible for planning and managing food preparation. Known as the assistant to the Event Chef or Head Chef’s second in command, these skilled individuals perform a range of duties including planning menus, training new staff, and recording inventory.
Event Server
Duties include setting patron tables and buffet areas for service. During service, a Event Server accommodates all guests and is responsible for replenishing buffet food, refilling beverages, removing dirty dishes from tables and assist in additional tasks to help facilitate a smooth and efficient service.
Bartender
Bartenders mix, garnish and serve beverages and food to customers. They may also be known as barkeeps or mixologists.
Kitchen Assistant
Performs all cleaning, washing, and preparation duties required in kitchens. They assist Cooks and Kitchen Supervisors with all tasks necessary to ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly.
Dishwasher
Support kitchen tasks, such as washing dishes and tables, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen is clean and prepared for staff.
