The people!

Mark Andersen

Owner

All Occasions Catering is owned and operated by Mark Andersen, who has been passionate about food since he can remember. His family was in the food business, so he grew up with an appreciation for good food provided by people with a passion for quality service.

My mission was simple, really. I wanted to offer a superior product and great service, but I also wanted to give people an experience. And I think the way you accomplish that is with great people who work hard, who care about the food and want to deliver a memorable product and service.

Megan Berg

Megan Berg

Event Sales

Megan has been working in the catering industry in various capacities for many years, but she’s most grateful for having had the opportunity to learn from the exceptionally talented team at AOC. Megan is a big fan of a night in and loves reading and watching movies, although she’s too much of a chicken to handle horror! She also enjoys going to weekly bar trivia with friends.

Sales Support/Banquet Captain

Rebecca has been part of the AOC team for many years, first as waitstaff and now part of the dynamic sales team. She has always enjoyed watching everything come together for a wedding and helping to reduce stress for the couple on their special day. She is a self-proclaimed nerd, and in her free time likes to play a variety of video games. Her passion though is crocheting, and she has made everything from stuffed animals to blankets and hats and scarves. Rebecca and her mom spend the year crocheting and collecting items to donate to Hope House in Waukesha.

Paula Forbes

HR/Scheduling

Her infectious smile and positive attitude are the first things you’ll notice about Paula when you walk through the doors of AOC. She loves her job and looks forward to her daily interactions with potential clients and fellow employees. She thrives on encouraging others and making each person she encounters feel special. Even when she’s not at work, she loves to find ways to motivate or help others in some way. She also enjoys reading, writing and watching movies.

Samantha MacKay

Executive Sous Chef

Sam enjoys the chaos of working in catering. She loves being creative, whether that’s creating new menus, inventing unique dishes, or developing improved process and efficiencies. When she’s not busy in the All Occasions kitchen, you can find her outside in the sunshine. She enjoys going to music festivals and concerts, stringing up her hammock between the trees, playing video games, and hanging out with her cats. Her favorite quote: “Every day is a new day.”

Ed McIntosh

Ed McIntosh

Key Account Manager

Ed loves the creativity of his job, and loves to find fun elements to enhance the AOC kitchen’s services such as decor, china options, linen options, interesting table configurations and unusual service styles. His motto: “Make the ordinary EXTRAordinary!” When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and colleagues, and watching and cheering on his favorite Wisconsin football and basketball teams. “Go Bucky!”

Scott D. Oravec

Chief Culture Officer

Scott enjoys the opportunity to be creative at work. He seeks the thrill of the hunt – treasure hunt that is. Scott enjoys any type of treasure hunting activity and loves living life to the fullest. His motto: “Is playing it safe keeping you alive or keeping you from living?”

Michael Paris

Executive Chef

Mike has been living his dream of serving in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. He has traveled the country working for large hotel and restaurant chains, and even worked as a traveling chef for PGA tour events. Having grown up in Brown Deer, Mike is happy to be back in the Milwaukee area and excited to be a part of the All Occasions Catering/Bubb’s BBQ team leading a great group of culinarians! Away from professional responsibilities, Mike enjoys attending sporting events, listening to music and spending time with family.
